I was introduced to Jessica as a referral from a friend, and I cannot thank him enough for the referral! Jessica represented us as a buying agent and our experience was nothing short of perfect. Since she is also a selling agent, she was able to help us tremendously with trying to interpret the reactions of the sellers (counteroffers, bidding wars, etc.). We were really impressed by her effort to make sure we bought what was right for us. She never tried to gloss over any of the imperfections with the house. Instead she would take inventory of the issues and help us strategize our offers & counteroffers (as opposed to downplaying things to make a sale). She was incredibly responsive to texts and calls, to the point that it felt like we were the only clients when I know that was not the case at all. She also knows a lot about houses technically (construction & design terminology), so that was a huge help. Once we were in escrow it was great to have her by our side to answer questions and to act as our advocate. She helped us get through it by anticipating most of our questions beforehand and also giving us answers to questions during the process.
